Eremobates pallidus, commonly known as the pale wind scorpion, is a species of solifugid found in arid regions of North America. It has a pale yellowish-brown body with long, slender legs and large pedipalps resembling pincers. Despite its name, it is not a true scorpion but belongs to the order Solifugae. It is a nocturnal predator, feeding on small insects and other arthropods.
