Euphrynichus amanica, commonly known as the Amani giant earwig, is a large insect belonging to the order Dermaptera. It is endemic to the Amani Nature Reserve in Tanzania. With a body length of up to 5 centimeters, it is one of the largest earwig species in the world. Euphrynichus amanica is primarily nocturnal and feeds on decaying plant matter and small invertebrates.
