Solpugema brachyceras is a species of insect commonly known as a sun spider or wind scorpion. It belongs to the order Solifugae and is found in arid regions of North Africa and the Middle East. It has a robust body, measuring around 2-3 centimeters in length, with long legs and large chelicerae. Despite its intimidating appearance, Solpugema brachyceras is not venomous to humans and primarily feeds on small invertebrates.
